We have a VERY spirited and strong female Rottie from a rescue. She is highly reactive toward other dogs and has knocked me down and injured me unintentionally on several occasions – not to mention scaring the bejeezus out of everyone in the neighbourhood! We had very little usable information/techniques from the trainers that we contacted.No one would agree to help us – Krista came to our rescue! She has been working with us for about a year and during that time we had to try several different approaches in order to find the right one for our particular dog and circumstances. Krista is very careful to NOT assume “one size fits all” for dog training.We systematically tried a number of approaches and have found one that is giving us great results.Krista never lost hope – even when I was depressed and dejected and afraid we’d never get anywhere. I can now go jogging with our dog without the fear of getting knocked down and dragged. Krista is terrific! I would strongly recommend her.
